Great AFTER logging in

The app is actually pretty great, mobile banking, funds transfers, easy access to your balances, even TouchID. Only pain point is the login process which is a pain or confusing, even for people who know all their passwords and secret questions or zip code. Call customer service if you have to. Once you’re in its a great experience.

This app definitely is not a good app. When I deposit checks through this app even though they are wrote out how they should be, they kick them back. Their customer service is not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this at all.

This app has been awful! First, I couldn’t connect it to my bank account without calling customer service because the “Okay” button wouldn’t show up on screen. Now, it asks me if I want it to remember my username and use fingerprint login EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in even though EVERY SINGLE TIME I select “Yes”. Disabling and re-enabling fingerprint login once inside doesn’t work either because the “Okay” button is too far down the menu and the app won’t let you scroll down. The only reason I’m using this app still is that my bank has limited hours and won’t work with any other app. It’s getting to the point where I’m considering just switching banks.

So far so good... but probably 5 minutes after we finished depositing a check I got a call from a random number saying something about my ssn... 1-800-772-1213... it was a robotic recording.... not sure if the app has anything to do with it, but just kind of ironic... will see how it goes the rest of the time.

Basic Functionality Unavalable

The entire reason for me using this app was to be able to make mobile check deposits (as my fcu has an app from the stone age that isn’t set up for mobile deposits) and it just doesn’t work. I called customer service and they were inept (they’re a contractor with no ability to really answer questions beyond the surface.) All in all just a really poorly designed piece of garbage. Get your stuff together sprig, after all, 2019 is around the corner and to be this bad after existing for this long seems absurd.

This app is complete crap, along with their customer service department. They were unable to resolve my issue and referred me back to my credit union. The issue was just logging into Sprig and they couldn’t even fix that. I would give 0 stars if it allowed me to!!!

My CU has Sprig. Works great. Mobile deposit, ATM locator, and transferring money.... all great!!!

One of the worst apps written

This app won’t perform even the most basic of functions. Want to see your last eleven transactions? Too bad! Even though there’s a “see more” button, it only lets you see ONE additional transaction, and you’re locked to that. No other features, no settings, NOT secure...just probably the worst app ever. Hey, Sprig - I’m an amateur IOS developer, but I can build you a better app in one day. Hit me up!

This app is not helpful when you run a business and have multiple checks coming in. The limit of how many checks you can deposit monthly is frustrating.
