I’ve been using this app for about a year now and I feel like it lacks variety. There is not 1 Melanie Martinez song, or Ed Sheeren music I have to listen to some knock off version, and I can’t even listen to my Kacey Musgraves country(biscuits, follow your arrow).I check each month to see and there isn’t anything new. They don’t have any anime songs either. It’s a good app but I need more variety! ? I expected better from Spotify even Amazon music kids has more music. Please fix this, Thanks. ?

I listen to the same playlist multiple times a day. For the love of God, and for my sanity, add a bloody shuffle feature. It's 2021, you can't have a music player without it.

My husband is the family plan manager which makes it nearly impossible for me to add a playlist to the kids app because it's not recognizing my account as connected to the family plan from the app. I'd like to have some playlists set up for my daughter so that it doesn't mess with my recommendations on the regular app. There's no way to switch easily between accounts as far as I can tell on the regular app, and I'd love to have a way to play music for her, especially as she gets older. Why is this app lacking intuitive functionality? I get that it's meant to be minimal for kids but it's practically useless for their parents. Please allow both parents to be able to add playlists and not just the manager! And make it easier to do so!

I would use this app every day if it had Chromecast Support so I can play music on the smart speakers, displays, or TVs in my home. Chromecast support is already in the regular Spotify app. Please bring this over to the kids app!

This isn’t it

I really like the idea of my child having a kids exclusive Spotify account, but we don’t play super cheesy kids stuff regularly. I would love a lot more music options with a lot more parental control features. But the number one reason we don’t use it is because it won’t cast to our google home like the normal Spotify app does. I don’t have time to figure out all the Bluetooth steps every time we want to play my child’s preferred music. So until there is a better app, my Spotify account will have to be shared with a toddler.

Can’t even use

I work with kids, so when I saw this app I was pumped to be able to play music for them without worrying my personal music would get mixed in, but after downloading the app I learned you can’t even use it if you don’t have a Premium Family account. I have a Premium account, but because it isn’t Family, I can’t even use a free version of the app. An absolute waste of a download, very disappointing

I got an email saying I should download this app because it’s available with my family plan. I go to download it and it says it’s not available in the region associated with my account. So why did you send me an email telling me to download it? ?
