Great App - Fix the Description Typo

nicholas.lee

Fix your spelling / typo error in your description. Notice it says BIKE D*CK COMPATIBILITY - the vowel should be an "O" and not an "I".

Update was not an improvement

Fafou

It used to sync my favorite stations, now that feature is gone. The interface is pretty but I'd rather have more features instead of augmented reality.

Would give 4 but

Angela Greene

After losing my favorites multiple times I've gone back to the citibike app. So annoying.

Slow and clunky design

dfabs

This app takes an inordinate amount of time to update stations, even with LTE. The screens are also not organized very well, the app just feels unnecessarily bloated. I do appreciate that the map view allows you to see levels of both bikes and docks. I've found a couple good alternatives: Bikeit - it's very lightweight and iOS 7/8 friendly. The Transit App also includes Bikeshare. Don't waste time with Spotcycle.

Very useful!

go pirates!

Great app with great features!

Needs improvements

cangels

The first thing that should be added is the ability to navigate( Google Maps) right from the app. Notifications with vibrations as I ride by bike stations. I'm not familiar with the area so returning the bikes on time was almost impossible. The time should be increased to 1 hour since tourists won't know where the stations are located at. That should be enough time to drop off the bikes.

Not bad

BBjadey

Worked great for DC Capital bike share. But, the Citibike app for NYC is better. It still works well. I can't wait for Indego for Philadelphia to be added on!

Why is this app so buggy now?

NYCCuban

What happened to this app? It used to work so well. Now it has bugs all the time. Sometimes the station near my house does not appear. And I'm not able to view stations outside of my immediate vicinity. That means that I don't know where I should bike to dock the bike. That's actually dangerous because I have to take my phone out while I'm biking to recheck stations near where I'm going. Going to look for another app now.

Way better than Hubway

Cmorganbrown

Allows you to see all locations, not just the ones closest to you. Also, has accurate data about locations that are no longer online, which the Hubway maps do not. Some kinks but it's the best thing out there.

Was good now crashes

Bungle640

IOS 9.2.1, iPhone 6s Plus crashes on starting app every time.
