Reliable way to find bike stations

JonTinNYC

This app crashes far less than "official" apps, and it supports lots of cities.

Horrible

SolarSoar

I don't normally write reviews for apps. But I was so frustrated with the user-unfriendliness of this one, I can't help expressing my displeasure. The routing function is very difficult to figure out. You have to know to tap the green or black&white flag for start and end. Then there's no "go" button once you pick the start and end points. You also can't easily copy the address of a station and go to a different mapping app. The data takes a long time over the network to update. I parked my bike but the app didn't register the additional bike. I had to get a receipt to make sure the station registered the return of my bike. Lastly this is a nice to have, but the app doesn't show recommended bike routes on the map. Bike routes however are prominently displayed at the station so they have the info.

It's occasionally wrong

Can't trust it, so kinda worthless. Problem seems to be it gets stuck "updating" data. I sent feedback, but got no reply.

Somewhat useful

Jymoccer

Everyone bikes here in Denver so I figured this app would be helpful since I often get to a b cycle location and find no bikes left. I thought I hit the gold mine with this when it was showing me that it tells you how many bikes and docks left--awesome! Not so fast. It's October 14 and the app hasn't been updated since January 9. Buzzkill. Anyhow, at least it has the stations left and a cool timer.

How about s discount

Annoyedjjp1980

The app or company should let everyone try it once first for free. Instead you get locked into a yearly fee right away. No thanks.

4.0 won't let me open the app

JavienMichael

Before updating the app was perfect! Ever since updating to 4.0, I can no longer open the app. It loads & then quits.

Keeps crashing

Almost most there

Can't open the new version of the app

Problematic Update

Mark Stoneman

The transition to this version was horrible. I had to restart the phone and delete the app and install it again to get it to quit crashing on me. In the process, it lost all my favorites. On tob of that, this version is very difficult to read because the text is so small. The developer gave no thought to usability. What a pity.

Don't update to 4.0!

Crash Bandibook

Version 3.x is way better. 4.0 won't re-update the stations for me if the app has been open. I have to completely close the app (swipe up on iPhone) and re-open. Also, the new color scheme makes it difficult to distinguish between open bike slots and available bikes. The new color scheme just seems so cluttered now.

Crashes after last update.
