I am more than frustrated. of being told to check SportsEngine only to not have invites for each of my sons teams etc. Someone should have oversight on this. It’s frustrating

Good app. It would be a great app if you could have multiple adults (let’s call them parents) tied to one account. As a coach and my wife as the president of the program and team mom, she has my son under her. I’ve tried working with support several times, but have not been able to get this issue resolved. The other main issue is the coaches ability to communicate with the team. I don’t have the ability to group text the team parents. Email, yes, but not text. For now, three stars. It has room to get better.

Terrible app. Every season you have to reapply for an account, even when going from a winter to summer season. App has never worked consistently for parents or for the team manager.

This app is horrible. I don’t understand what is so difficult. The search button simply doesn’t work. You can search forever and no results on your team. You can’t connect your email to the app and or your team. Anything that can go wrong with app this has it. Simply bad developed. Now good luck to me on trying to get the updates for the games this season!

It’s awful. Can’t find our team. So annoyed. Some people can find it and We can type in the exact same thing and I still can’t find the team. Awful... and frustrating

It works for RSVPs and locating the schedule. We were on TeamSnap previously which was very user friendly and intuitive. This app needs some improvement. The main guardian only gets the notification- the 2nd guardian does not which is not helpful. When you click on the address provided for a game, it sends you to a map but it is not directed to google maps, apple maps or Waze depending on the map app installed. The defaulted map program does not let you input directions to the location. It would be nice to get a map that lets you input directions. It defeats the purpose of getting just a map with the address location. Overall it works for RSVPs and game info but it would be nice if we were back on TeamSnap. Sorry SportsEngine.

I’ve had to use his app for 4 years now and it’s almost impossible to find the team I need to follow.
Not intuitive or easy

This app is not intuitive, the schedule page jumps around for 5-10 seconds before you can actually see your current schedule. It doesn’t seem to integrate with the desktop web site bc I can’t see my team on the desk top. Team snap is hands down a better app.
