Works fine but team snap had much better features.

Used to use team snap but club changed to this. While it works fine why not have the ability to update games and scores? A feature that allows team parents to stay abreast of the game when they can’t be there.

I have been trying to sign up for over an hour. The website to link my profile to my sons team just continuously says “please wait....processing. I have tried from my phone and my computer and have not been successful.

All of a sudden I have to put my log in and password in app every time I open.

The ability to add and update games through the mobile is awesome! Quick and easy - my 13 yr old daughter finalized our game on the way out of the parking lot last night AND she added today's tournament game. In updated the game score on the bench and the parents not able to attend the game commented how nice it was to receive the notifications in their phones. Keep up the good work!

Why do d we have to change apps? We just started the other app last year, now there is something els to learn. I don’t think it’s user friendly.

As long as this app has been around and as many organizations that ask you to use it, you would think that some new updates would exist... it should at least know your location to find the teams near you and no matter how you put your team in, it can’t be found with a few simple prices of info... you know who’s using your app, use their data to make this crap better!

This app needs work. It works ok half the time, but UI/UX is poor. All notifications do not work as intended, more testing needed. This is a beta product at best.
