App is very slow. When you try to scroll through a schedule it’s jumps around. Shows dates that no events are on. Limit to show only events and games.

So many issues... Wana talk to one person, nope. Wana be the team manager and not have your child have team manager rights, nope. Wana get rid of all those weeks that are not used, nope. I’m over it..

This app is possibly the worst app in history. Rosters/proofs of birth won’t upload. It’s lost all my information twice and portions of my information several times, thus costing me HOURS of lost productivity. I FINALLY got it to upload 2-4 files at a time, then had to click the “back” button, then refresh, then add more. I cannot access MY team’s roster/information on the website, and I cannot even LOCATE my teams using the search engine on the app. Worthless, worthless, WORTHLESS!

Unable to loocate any seniors team schedule or any information. I will continue to look for improvement. Until then I give it three stars.

Terrible app. Had a SE account for two years. Decided to try app rather than desktop version. Logged in an my kid was assigned to a team he had never been on in an age group he never played in for the organization in question. I will keep using the browser version!

Difficult to find your team. Difficult to update settings from the app, need to go to the web version. Almost there, just not quite

This app is so slow even when connected to WiFi—so frustrating it makes me not want to use this platform at all. TeamSnap and Shutterfly’s SharedSites are far superior and way more user friendly platforms that are similar to SportsEngine. As a co-team VB mom we were encouraged to use this platform to communicate with our team/parents by our club director. We gave it a shot considering the fact that our team/player/schedule info was already set up for us. After our first tournament we realize communication through SportsEngine was almost impossible. We ended up using GroupMe for communication instead for the remainder of the season. I am starting to see a trend with club sports switching to SportsEngine (must be at a better price point, but you get what you pay for). Switching gears from VB to soccer I realize our soccer club is in process of switching from TeamSnap to SportsEngine. This was so disappointing, to me, because I prefer using and communicating through TeamSnap. After reading reviews for SportsEngine it appears we are not alone with the communication debacle.
