Love it!

I love this app and so do the kids I work with! I am a Speech-Language Pathologist and probably use this app more than any other I have purchased. Its great for targeting more complex directions and i love how you can customize. The only change I would make is to be able to change levels without having to start the game all over.

LOVE!

Awesome mom of 2

My delayed 4 year old was only a little into this game until one day he had the iPad alone and when I came in he'd unknowingly checked ALL the levels! (he just was making check marks!) he totally rocked the game! Surprise! Who knew you'd find out just HOW much he understands? Now he loves the game and plays it a lot! Anyway, even disregarding this... I do really like this game. I like that there are so many different levels. I think the building the rocket, etc, is interesting, but I think it could be more so if the child actually had to drag the piece or alien or food, etc, to a place instead of the app pretty much doing it for you.

Super fun

This game is great. I use it for therapy sessions all the time. I would recommend this app to parents and therapists.

GREAT

My students love this interactive game. It combines ID, following directions and prepositions. Waiting for more from this developer!!! Sometimes they even ASK for it bc it's so much fun!!!!

Great for following directions

These four levels are great for speech-language therapy. Very useful.

Best App for following directions!!

Please make more apps like this!!

Very good

Blondchick12

I really like this app for teaching following directions. Would love it if it added concepts such as "before" and "after". Also my students always get confused by the old phone versus new phone pictures. Most of them have never seen a rotary phone before so don't realized it is "old".

SLP with a request

I love this game. It’s so motivating to the students, and one of the only good receptive games out there. But I do have a request. Words like “castle”, “windmill” and “anchor” are not relevant to my students. I would like to be able to customize the items available to be seen. Also, I would like the option of adding my own picture and animations to the game. Thanks for listening!

Great for listening skills

I am a speech language therapist with lots of difficult to engage preschoolers on my caseload. This game is so fun and motivating that they often choose it over the nonsense games. It is customizable so that it may be appropriate for practicing very basic language concepts like object identification or simple descriptive features, or it can be modified to help kids practice listening for multiple attributes, spatial terms, possessive terms, etc. I like to have the children repeat the alien's directions back to me before they perform them so they get the chance to practice expressive language skills, too. I could go on and on about this app and how it's such a good way to carry over SLP goals in a fun and very motivating way! Worth every penny! I look forward to other apps by this developer. Would be great to have a Spanish version!

Almost perfect! Just needs a few tweaks.

I am an SLP working with preschool and school-aged children, and this app is one of the best things i have found for working on different concepts and following complex directions. There are a few issues that I would love to see addressed, however: 1) PLEASE MAKE THE ALIEN STOP YAWNING!! It is so frustrating and distracting when the child asks me to clarify something about what he heard, we are having a wonderful teaching moment, and that darn alien does that loud, rude, distracting yawn! 2) Please create an option where we can have manual progression to the next direction rather than only automatic progression. That way, the child and I can have more discussion and more learning time on each direction. 3) Please give us the option to turn off the "uh-uh" sound when the child does something wrong. A lot of my kids are "dropping" the object while they are dragging it, and the alien gives the "uh-uh you're wrong sound," so they abandon the correct thing they were doing and then try something else that's wrong. With these changes - 5+ stars!!
