Good but not great

Can't group devices...can't access remote device without administrative permissions...remote startup does not work...no file transfer either. Just a lite version for remote access

After webex discontinued support for my old solution, I had to find a new remote control solution for my clients. Very functional at a great price point. Very easy to install and manage.
Handles speed well but disconnects on app switch

I used and tested many remote apps. This is the first one that does not keep the connection when switching back and forth (such as to lookup info relevant to the remote session). Worse than that, it locks the remote computer, making the reconnect more of a time issue. Nice features, decent connection speed, and good app but unusable in the real world without the connection staying on.
Also replacing LogMeIn Central with SplashTop Business

Reminds me of the days of Novell who thought they were king of the hill until Microsoft buried them. SpashTop will do the same to LogMeIn. LogMein just priced themselves out of the market! Very good experience with SplashTop technical support also. Another reviewer has an issue with connections dropping and I'm sure that is being worked on, however the prompt for Windows password can be disabled in settings.

This product is able to meet my needs and allow me to increase my workflow and increase my ability to assist my staff in meeting their needs regardless to where I'm at that day... South Korea, Australia, Europe, or in the mountains of Colorado! I'm only 1 click away! Basically it's a win/win for my company.

Fantastic! Does almost everything that LogMeIn does, but with much snappier performance and for a tiny fraction of the price! Only $60 per year for Splashtop, compared with $1,500 for LogMeIn Central!

I never write reviews as most apps are garbage but immediately after using it I fell in love with this!!! I've always used Logmein but it annoyed me that the lag time was horrific and in the $99 version I can only have 2 computers. This amazing technology, for only $60 allows me unlimited (I think) computers and the best is there's NO lag time!! It's like I'm using the actual computer and it's just as good on my iPhone 6! I'm an accountant and I can login to QuickBooks and do payroll seamlessly with the phone app! Splashtop ROCKS!!!
Great solution for computer connecting

Splashtop is a great solution for connecting to remote desktops to work remotely. No lag time. Only difficulty is working the iPhone and maneuvering the cursor. Highly recommend the program for business users on the road.
