I canceled subscription before I should’ve been charged yet I’m still billed every month – SplashLearn: Kids Learning App Review

I don’t understand why I am being charged $14.99 a month when I cancelled this app 3 months ago... still getting charged!! I am upset and I want my money back!!!!
