Way too expensive
Poor User Design
I own a 2013 Outback...a small wagon. Spiffy comes to work, so I thought I'd try it. The app didn't work at first, so my order was verbal. I signed up for the $29 job, thinking that's a bit much for a regular car wash interior / exterior, but maybe worth it. When I get a text through the app, it says $59, plus tax, plus optional tips. When I ask, the attendant says, "On, the $29 is for exterior only." So now we're at $59 plus tax plus tip for a basic wash. I paid it. Last time! Just under $80 for a basic wash and vacuum? Nope. That and now Spiffy is texting me with specials. When did I give them permission to text me at work to offer coupons? Poor judgment on their part. This service needs re-thinking. At this price point, even folks like me who can afford it will walk.
