Good service, app itself is sketchy

I was happy with the job they did on my car, but when I went to pay and add a tip, the app way overinflated the percentage. It was a $149 charge, and when I tapped the button for a 20% tip, it added another $49. That’s almost 33%, not 20! Seems like they’re trying to trick people into bigger tips. I still recommend it for the service but watch out when you pay.

Promo codes don’t work and services missing

They removed the $20 wash in my area making the cheapest wash they have $50. I also found a promo code that let me put it in the system and they texted me telling me I can’t use it even though it worked. Canceled my appointment and won’t be trying to use them again. Fix your system and honor issues that are your mistakes.
Just a Wash No Longer Offered

They not longer offer just an exterior wash. I don’t not want to get an interior cleaning every time I get my car cleaned. This just seems like a greedy money grab
