Turbo Vado support?

SixNineSlo

Your dealers are lying to customers that the app will be updated the next month. How many months we will wait for the Vado support?

No Vado Support Yet

Dedmiston

Support for the Turbo Vado still hasn’t been added. This was promised many months ago and is still touted on their website.

No support for Vado yet

I was excited to use this app but disappointed that it is not compatible with Vado turbo bikes.

Vado coming?

carlnorum

Ever? Please?

No Vado support

GeoModeler

So sad. Vado support was promised a year ago. We trusted Specialized to deliver.

Mission Impossible

well isnt that special ized

Hours spent and still unable to create an account (had one, but it mysteriously disappeared). Without the app it's not possible to fine tune my Bike.

Vado?

uncle bonehead

Where the heck is that promised Vado version. Getting ridiculous.

So when is the Class Action Lawsuit kicking in?

Banolwen

Spent $5k on a great eBike back in March, but part of that decision was the not yet but imminent update of this App allowing me to tube and customize the bike, and it was described as a feature. 5 months later no update, no plan, no rebates. I've had 3 Specialized bikes, this is shameful.

No support.

Jozzzzzzz

This is what's wrong with the bike industry. Charge us a arm and a leg, and penny pinch us for your products and never deliver fully. Get your sh*t straight specialized. I have spent more on your bikes than most people do on cars. The non existent update should have been released with the bikes.

A waste of time

Biking Doc

After multiple failed attempts to get this app to register me as a user I just gave up. Seems like a good idea but if I can’t even get registered, the app is totally useless. So I guess I just have to keep my Levo’s settings as they are. Really kind of sad to offer an app this pathetic for what one pays for the bike.
