Can’t sign up or pair bike

Works on my android, but it just goes to find bike when I hit sign up on wife’s iPhone. Tried everything, it can’t sign up & it can’t find bike to pair

Giving up on Vado compatibility

I’ve had my Vado over a year now and there is still no sign of a working app. My bike typically reduces power output dramatically when battery is at 75%. I had hoped the app would fix that. If I give up waiting I am the proud owner of a $5000 bicycle that weighs over 50lbs. Specialized: I am going to lurk at my local dealer and steer buyers away from your product.

You’d think after dropping $8K on a bike that the features would work. Not with Specialized. I don’t know how well the personalization of the settings are because I can’t even get the app to work. Contacted customer support. No answer. Ridiculous.

Trato de crear cuenta es un desastre, lo logre al 193838 intento, luego vincular al strava es otro problema y cuando supuestamente esta vinculada un ride de 50 km sale el tiempo 23 minutos y 20 kcal. No vale un desastre el app

Basics won’t work

Downloaded the app to pair with my new Levo. The app won’t accept any profile information nor save the pairing with my bike. Worthless as is. Inquiry to Specialized resulted in automated response of “we are experiencing difficulties”. Yes you are! Nice concept. Lousy application.

It's a support add on, I get it, but how you could develop such an amazing Bike yet fail on the App, such a small detail but so very disappointing.

This app used to work. Now it’s a POS. Can’t log on with my info. I try “forgot my password”. No go. Trashed to app and tried to sign up again. Won’t take it. I now can’t fine tune my Turbo Levo. Tied dozens of times to do this. Guess I need to trade in my bike. Grrrrrrr!
