I didn't realize how many bad foods, how few nutrients and how inactive I consumed, ate and am. Because of this app, I walk over 2 miles everyday and working on 3. Because it counts your steps, tracks your food and exercise it gets you motivated and moving! I love it! I would be nice however, if one could set up groups for their area so we could see our progress and share and compare to one another. All in all I rate it 5 stars.

I wanted to try a new diet app and am glad I found this one! Very motivating with daily tips and health articles. They give you a meal plan if you choose to make the easiest way to attain your goals!!

This app has everything I need to monitor myself as I try to lose weight and become more accountable with my overall fitness! After a few days I became more comfortable with how to navigate around the different features. I'm glad I gave it time because it truly meets all of my needs. It can connect to a Fitbit or similar device and count your calories burned effortlessly. I love looking at the calorie differential report at the end of the day, too. If I average a differential of 3500 calories a week that means a pound loss each week. It's that simple.

This program is a great way to lose weight & keep in shape. Counts your calories, exercise, helping in a way everybody can relate to. I've tried many other programs, I'm back to doing it the right way!

I've had many other food logging apps and this is the most user friendly I've found. Food can be easily saved and the best thing it's easier to edit, move, or delete when I make an incorrect entry. I do wish that it was connected to the recipe app so when I make something from there it goes into my daily food. But great app all around with logs and full nutrition info that other apps charge for.
