Soooo helpful!!! – SparkPeople Calorie Tracker Review

This app has everything I need to monitor myself as I try to lose weight and become more accountable with my overall fitness! After a few days I became more comfortable with how to navigate around the different features. I'm glad I gave it time because it truly meets all of my needs. It can connect to a Fitbit or similar device and count your calories burned effortlessly. I love looking at the calorie differential report at the end of the day, too. If I average a differential of 3500 calories a week that means a pound loss each week. It's that simple.
