Tone Cloud Search Is bugged

After receiving my spark last summer I was enjoying it. about a month ago with the updates, it completely trashed the tone cloud search. giving me the same results or results that I dont want. Like looking for a slide tone, gives me what seems like random results. I searched for a flock of seagulls tone, and it gives me the completely mixed results. the feature I used the most no longer works properly. needs to be fixed asap.
Firmware update killed Bluetooth music

Bought 6 months ago, worked great. Really enjoyed jamming with backing tracks. Installed new firmware update, now no Bluetooth sound. I am able to connect to both spark 40 BLE and spark 40 Audio. Same problem with both iPhone SE and iPad running app software 2.0.0. Have done factory reset and Bluetooth reset multiple times. Installed firmware update 1.4.3.174 twice. Tech Support was unable to Help. Per tech support suggestion I updated my firmware multiple times before the Bluetooth sound starting working again. I don’t understand why it was necessary to install the firmware about 10 times!

I have been playing with thing everyday since I got it. I can look around my house and see piles of failed attempts in hardware and software to make me sound like I know I can. The Spark is the first thing that makes me sound like I’ve always wanted. It just took me 40 years of looking. I f-ing love this thing. I can’t say enough about it. Sincerely. Thank you

Hey Mikey! He Likes It! This is a really fun thing to play with … um, I mean work with if you’re a musician, playing … you know what I mean! I start and it joins me with drums and bass. So cool! Keep in mind, the software is going through your tablet’s volume control; if you find the sound is not very loud, turn up your phone or tablet using the physical volume buttons on it. Have a ball!

PG has done a good job with the amps and effects. Unfortunately the SmartJam is still not very smart and the chord extraction from YouTube is iffy. Wish they would work to fix these features since they were major selling points for the amp.

Crashing way too much recently. New iPad and fully updated OS. On verge of uninstalling. Wish app could hold up to its great hardware counterpart.
