Suddenly I’m not seeing all of my accounts but if I log into a browser I see all my accounts. This problem started 7/6/20.

Inefficient, nothing is in the right place. No way to get bank statements (easily). The app itself is very glitchy. It needs major improvements.

The app would be better if it were able to update transactions in teal time instead of having to log out then log back in to see your updated balance.

Horribly inconvenient that the app can’t remember my password or use faceId to save my password.

This app use to work, without a problem. Around 2 years ago they redid it, and now it’s completely unusable. It takes you to a web browser, which in that case, might as well not be an app at all. It force quits and is just all around useless. Might as well just use their website. Love the bank, hate this app!

My account balance hasn’t been updated for weeks now and payments have been made countless of times but still hasn’t been updated on the app. It takes quite a long time to update balances in real time
So easy to use!
