Easy to use would love mobile Authenticator support

Overall great application! Allows me to easily navigate where I need to quickly. The only thing I would love to see added to this is 2fa support via SMS or an authentication app like Authy or Google Authenticator. Honestly because of the lack of that makes this app 4 stars for me. Would easily be 5 if it had that feature because additional security such as that is essential in my mind especially with a banking application.

I recently joined this credit union and so far their amazing but I have few complaints. • I think the app is lagging and slow. It is also even slower on iPad. I tried to view my transaction history and it took a while. • Another, it’s 2021 no Apple Pay, I hope it’s in the works. Other from those this credit Union is awesome I would totally recommend them but I hope those little issues can be fixed.

I love SCCU. Their Mobile Banking is easy to use and convenient ent. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that it is not compatible with Apple IPad for paying bills.
No Apple Pay with this bank

No Apple Pay? Looks like I need to find a new bank. Wish I would have looked into this more before signing up for accounts. I just assumed the credit union would support Apple Pay since pretty much every bank and credit union in the USA does. But not SCCU for some reason. ? Also, outgoing transfers, EVEN FROM BUSINESS ACCOUNTS, cost $2 per transfer. What bank in their right mind charges business accounts for ACH transfers? Frustrated.

I need to transfer to another local bank and I can’t. And. I have one check left but when I order more online I can’t change my address. I left Florida 4 years ago so I think it’s time to change banks. Ok. Here’s something else! I can’t just send this message without assigning a nickname. What???!!! I’m changing banks.

The is my second review. I left this bank because of this app. Space coast is amazing. I love it but cmon we are in 2021 where is the budget going with the proper development of this app? Who do we need to write a letter too?

I use Chrome on the iPad AND on the iPhone AND it does not allow me to enter bill payment , cookies block tris action
