Every time there is a security update this website turns into a nasty mess. Hard to use and no return call from the bank for help.

Has a lot to be desired. Every time there is an update there are a huge about of technical issues. Last week I could not get into my account for a week.
APP UPDATE

The newest update done on 10/12/20 is AWFUL. Program is glitching, hard to login to my mobile banking & half the time all my accounts don’t even show. There’s not even an option to view all. Either fix this or undo the update please!

Have the same issue as another review. On Bill Payer can see Left side with payees but pending transactions to pay with date is cut off . Needs to be fixed. I use this function all the time.

On my iPad, it starts out on landscape, then after signing in, the screen rotates to portrait and will not rotate back to landscape. Otherwise it is working.

This update completely wipes away your username and password and as always with new updates from SCCU I cannot log in to make payments on my loans. This effects my credit and is unacceptable making it impossible to login.

I cannot believe how you’ve managed to totally mess up the mobile app. It is unusable on iPad. There was NOTHING wrong with the app previously. This version is unworkable. Either fix it or I will be unable to use it. Whoever you hired to “upgrade” it made a mess. Second review: how long will it take to fix this app? I’m getting very frustrated. I will have to switch banks if the app is not fixed. Now, I can’t even go online via the browser. It takes me to this lousy app!
