I just got the Soundcore Liberty Air 2 and am very pleased with this product. The problem is that I have been having trouble updating to the latest firmware update. Every time it gets to about 70% it stops and says error retry.
Called Soundcore, but doesn’t support the Soundcore 2?

I want to use this app for my new Soundcore 2 Bluetooth speaker, but it’s not supported? Seems odd to me that the app is called Soundcore, yet it doesn’t support its namesake.
