The only thing I don’t like is that the volume goes down after like 3 hours it does even give up 6 hours with full volume :(

I really love the Soundcore line. This is my second speaker and the sound is awesome. Really helps me clean my house lol.

Click the “x” in the top left corner of the Account Creation page in the app to continue without creating an account/signing up. Also, why doesn’t ANC work with only one P3 earbud in? I can open the case and it starts canceling noise IMMEDIATELY, I don’t even have to take out the second earbud. It makes no sense, especially since you have the “Superior Sleep” function, meaning you expect people to be wearing these while in bed, and I don’t know about you, but it kind of hurts when laying on one’s side with an earbud PUNCTURING MY EARDRUM BECAUSE BOTH ARE NECESSARY TO USE THE NOISE CANCELLING! And yes, I hear you now “but why would someone need noise cancellation when one ear is completely unplugged and open to the world of sound?” To that I would retort, “a large sack of cotton or feathers pressed up against one’s head does a pretty good job of PLUGGING up that issue” Anyway, 10/10 otherwise. Would recommend.

If the Q35 is connected to my computer and my phone the app stops finding it even if my phone says it’s connected. When this happens instead of a voice for switching from NC to transparency I just get beeps and can’t use the equalizer. Just really hate this experience so far.

My son bought the clock for me for my birthday. Greatest present ever. The sound is clear, full and it pairs with my phone so I can listen to my music. The clock /charging feature is amazing. I was going through charging cords every few months. Now I set my phone on top of the clock and it charges quickly. No drawbacks to this product. I love it and highly recommend it.

In the past i was able to connected a device via aux cable & another via bluetooth simultaneously. Now my speaker (Rave Neo) is able to only allow one device to produce sound & I’m unable to switch between the two. :( Please fix!!

I just got the Life q30s and they are amazing, the app is super helpful and super easy to use. The one tiny tiny thing is that I wish that you could remap the button on the right can that lets you switch to transperancy mode, if I could make it so that it skips songs that would be amazing. I hope anker/ soundcore sees this because that would make these perfect.

I’m a long time Anchor custom that refers plans to purchase Anchor products. I purchased a portable speaker from anchor I was looking forward to using the EQ. To do so I need to download this app. But in order to use the app I either have to register with them, log in using my Amazon account, or my iTunes account! Really?!? To use EQ? What does having my information have to do with controlling the sound to my purchases speaker? Can you explain that? Please? I really want to hear the rationale. I like you as a company but it’s ridiculous to hide these controls behind this wall of disclosure. I’m seriously considering moving from advocate to detractor. You’re better than this, Anker.
