I’ve always loved Anker, for the past couple years they have been the only company I order my phone accessories from. So far I’m loving my Flare+ and I love the lights on it, but I would like to be able to customize the lights and change the settings for M-Sync. The presets are great but M-Sync isn’t exactly what I’m looking for.

Despite being able to play music from my phone on my Soundcore Flare, the app won’t recognize the speaker. Like other users have experienced, it says “connecting” and then gives me an error. Using app version 1.2.2 on an iPhone 8 running iOS 11.4.1.

We got the Flare speaker as a surprise gift and it seems like a nice little speaker. I downloaded the app and connected the speaker and I was immediately asked to update firmware on my speaker. I did that and when everything started back up I cannot get the app to see the speaker. I can stream music to it from my phone, but the app doesn’t work at all. UPDATE: After a recent app update (1.2.3), I still cannot get the app to connect with my speaker which easily connects to my iPhone and plats music. The fact that I can’t tune the sound or use any of the app features is beyond frustrating.

I have the version 1.2.3 on ios 12.1.1. The speaker connects to my phone over Bluetooth and works perfectly, however it has trouble pairing up with the app. Please look into it. Thank you

Super simple UI. Works great but very few equalizer options. I am using with flare+

Whoever stated that this app works must be dreaming. All it does is show drivers (at such poor resolution I can’t even tell earphones from speakers, and I can’t click on or activate anything, including my nation, user settings or even the home button. The app design is a flat-out disaster.
