The process to find and purchase a class is not intuitive. Message that I don’t have enough series to reserve a class should be changed to a more clear message that I need to buy a class. Once I figured that out, it told me that bike 19 was mine. By the time I packed my bag to head out a new message popped up telling me that I was on the waitlist, and that I would be automatically signed up is a class became available. Could not figure out how to get off waitlist. Not a good experience. You should invest a modicum if time and effort to test with new users to make it easy. It’s not that hard.

I had the pleasure of trying Soul Cycle for the first time yesterday. It was wonderful. The experience reminded me of why I fell in love with spinning many years ago in another city. Now I’m hooked all over again. The entire staff at the Manhattan Beach location are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is clean and bright. The music and instructors are motivating and you cannot walk out of a class without leaving a puddle of sweat. Thanks for reigniting my spinning fire.

A great way to find SoulCycle classes, reserve, and pay. If you bookmark a class, the app will send an alert when the class opens for registration. The app also lets you pick your specific bike.

I signed up for beginner’s series of 3 Soulcycle classes and loved it. I love the energy, music and motivational instructors. I just bought 5 more classes today. I run every day six miles but the workout and sweat I get from Soulcycle is much greater and I feel fantastic after a Soulcycle ride!
