Every day in studios across America, our riders find joy in movement. They ride to release stress, burn fat, tone muscle, change their bodies, and transform their lives.

Classes at SoulCycle last 45 minutes and feature high-intensity cardio, core-engaging choreography and hand weights to help riders tone their upper bodies.

We ride together as a community in candlelit studios with world-class sound systems and inspirational instructors leading the way. We dance. We sing. We cheer. It’s like a nightclub, but great for you…

SoulCycle’s official iPhone app makes booking bikes fast and simple, wherever you are.

You can bookmark classes ahead of time so you’re always ready for Monday signups!

Want to know what bike you’re on next? View all of your reserved classes with one glance.

Anxious about a class that fills up fast? Prioritize your bookmarked classes in order of your own preferences.

Want to rock the front row? See the studio layout and grab the bike you want in a flash.

It’s noon on Monday… Do you know where your bike is?

Convenient
Allienf

Convenient except would love to be able to share my referral link via the app/have access to it! Or see my soul journey on it.

Great but one suggestion
KalesMulls

Clean and easy to use app, but I wish you could change your seat after picking it and I wish it was more clear which seat has already been taken.

Love it, but missing some functionality
HakanSjoo

The app is great and very user-friendly but I still have to go to the mobile website for some things (like SoulJourney). I wish it were all in one place (and the mobile web experience is not nearly as good as the app experience).

Very helpful

Quick and easy to book a bike. The find a class feature is great when you want to take a class at a specific time but you’re not sure where or with whom. Love this app!

Mostly Awesome, Partly Awful

The classes are great. The vibe is great. The instructors are great. But the locker areas and shower/bathroom areas are so horribly cramped that I veer towards other spin studios to avoid the miserable crush. I understand that real estate is expensive — especially in New York — but Soul Cycle Feng Shui is awful. Even the bikes are too close together. Flywheel gets it right.
