Needs UAT – SoulCycle: Indoor Cycling Review

The process to find and purchase a class is not intuitive. Message that I don’t have enough series to reserve a class should be changed to a more clear message that I need to buy a class. Once I figured that out, it told me that bike 19 was mine. By the time I packed my bag to head out a new message popped up telling me that I was on the waitlist, and that I would be automatically signed up is a class became available. Could not figure out how to get off waitlist. Not a good experience. You should invest a modicum if time and effort to test with new users to make it easy. It’s not that hard.
