For some reason I can’t buy the 10$ heroes in shop it loads then goes away

So I was in a Facebook account and I changed it because I thought I’d be safer and when I wanted to play soul hunters all of my data was gone/wiped. I was devastated because Is spent $100 on the game and I just got Serafina, jasmine,Riley and the twins I was feeling great but it didn’t last long. I don’t what to do I checked my password but it was correct but my account was fresh new so I tried logging in to my previous password account and I thought I was getting everyone back but it wasn’t like. I’m sitting here wondering if there’s anyway I can get everything back
Reworking old heroes

Hi Lilith, can you rework some of the old heroes(like Leah and Drago, my favorites). Old players like myself finds hard to believe how weak the old heroes are comparing to the new ones. Can you spend some time fixing the balancing problem? It is truly a wonderful designed game, well worth playing. Thx for the effort!

I played this game a long time ago and I recently downloaded it again and it’s still really good but even this may sound dumb you are to generous with the gems I mean that’s allot so other than that no issue with the game also I wish this game and this company the best of luck

big problem game is unbalanced and its pay to play i understand giving an advantage but its ridiculous if u dont dump money into the game you dont stand a chance against people that do and i almost had petros to 4 stars then it took my soul stones

Really I lost all my data I was level like 89 with a bunch of good characters that can one shot literally everything wow ok. And yes I saw the sever thing “Only One Account” Really dude

The reason it’s four stars is because you don’t HAVE to buy anything to have fun, however I recently reinstalled the game but it takes 5-20 minutes to actually log in. Great game with some minor flaws feel free to ask questions gamer tag:legendplays
