Great framework for collecting!

ChristieArrrr

I have had this app for several years, and love the flexibility to organize and track multiple collections. I've never had an app that was good for coins, but still useful for trains and knives. Fully customizable and searchable by keyword. All additions and changes upload to the cloud and to all my connected devices. I have 4,500 plus items cataloged and never had a problem.

OMG! Stayed on my iPad for all of five minutes.

J.D. Harrington

Seen dozens fo recommendations for this app. Downloaded and saved an item. Seemed to work relatively well until I started to look around at the other menu options. Woo who! You can save 110 items before you’re required to upgrade to a monthly or annual plan. This isn’t the kind of app that requires a monthly fee. A reasonable flat app charge, okay. Sorry guys! You had the right business plan before but you got greedy!

Great for lab management

Majorgeneral5eva

I am using this app to organize the technology tools in my lab, and it has been really helpful! The interface is easy to use. I especially like the tagging feature that allows you to create tags for different devices, it makes searching much easier. I appreciate that most of the features are available for free, but in the future I may buy the subscription to be able to export my list to a PDF.

Great for moving and craft inventory

Ttown Momma

Perfect for making an inventory of belonging or preparing for a move. Scan bar codes to add items, organize items in folders, then create a QR code label. I am using it to keep track of what is moving boxes. No more guessing and opening multiple boxes to find what I want. I am also using it to inventory my fabrics. I can create a QR code for each card I use to bold my fabric. I can include anything I need to remember about the fabric. I do wish you could create a full page of different QR codes at a time instead of having each label created individually, which gets a bit time consuming. The camera functions are basic, but I use the phone camera if I can’t good a good capture with the in-app camera. Other than, the app has been just what I was looking for after my last move.

Construction inventory

Poksdfrty

I use this app to keep inventory of all construction equipment on various job sites. Probably not what it’s intended for but it helps me out a lot !

Sad it has to be a EXPENSIVE monthly subscription...

Hazardousmarsh

Would be nice to have a cheaper alternative for personal use.. 6$ a month for a causal person that just wants QR codes is crazy to pay...

How it is helpful

Tetamorgan

It has been a great tool for me new job. I would recommend it to anyone with a small business.

Scare tactics to get payment

Mutty234

I subscribed to use qr codes one time, but I don't need any other of the paid services (sync etc) so try to stop subscription. Then sortly scare with losing access to data, have to logout etc. Basically data hostage tactics as if I will lose everything added locally on my phone because I stop subscription. Very poor experience.

Lost Folders- Poor Help

TexasTeacher63

Somehow a folder was deleted;I asked for help with no response.

Worst app of all time!

Davyator

They have tried to turn this app into a money-making machine, and they have disabled core functions for long-term users. It is worse than extortion because you are not compensated for all the time you wasted using this app. I’m serious. My wife spent 5 hours uploading pictures to the app. They were only saved on the app and not her camera roll on her iPhone. Anyway, she couldn’t get the photos to synchronize for some reason. We tried everything to resolve it to no avail. So, we tried logging out and logging back in. All of her latest photos (like 250) were lost, and hours upon end of work was lost. I logout and login to systems all day, and I don’t expect to lose data and photos when I do so. Shame on you Sortly! My request for help has gone unanswered to my satisfaction. It is like they play run-around games when you try to find out what happened to your pictures.
