Restore purchases button does not work

Using iPad 5th on ios11. I bought this game, then it went free and introduced ads. The restore purchases button does nothing, so now there are ads in a game I paid for. Unless, of course, I want to pay again! I won’t be changing this review if the issue is fixed, because I do not plan on installing the game again. This is a 1-star review forever. I am patient with all kinds of development issues, but have zero tolerance for having my purchase essentially revoked. Apple needs a more consumer-friendly refund policy.

I loved playing sonic the hedgehog 2 on my iPad... Until after a long of playing it a update for tails( my favorite character) comes by and ruins the app like cmon sega! Every time I try to play sonic 2 now it crashes as soon as I tap on the app! Please fix it sega with a new update or something! If u fix it sega I will give the app back its five stars.

I love this game I completed (on no save mode) it. Just one request. I go on level select (and I’m not telling how) and hidden palace is locked for some reason. Why? Makes no sense. So please make hidden palace available on level select. Thanks.

Purchase not being recognized

All of the sudden there is ads and it says I did t buy this game. My was purchase was taken away from me and stuck me with ads. The “restore purchase” tab doesn’t work. Help?

I had previously purchased this before the whole “Sega Forever” crap, and the game doesn’t remove the ads that are littered everywhere when I select “restore purchases” on the “bought before” screen. Also, release Sonic 3 & Knuckles for iOS, WITHOUT THE ADS. Make S3K a paid ad-free app. Stop doing the “Sega Forever” crap.

Love the game but they removed multiplayer

Don’t get me wrong without ads this game is fun but me and my friend we will call pickysum we’re trying to play multiplayer but the button was not there however the patch notes never showed the removed multiplayer button so I was wondering why they removed it
