I had this app before it had to have internet and ads were on and I love sonic games, but these ads are ruining the app. I say that if not remove the ads make it run offline again. Please make this game great again. Also sonic cd plz

The latest update of the game, will not let you restore your purchase to have the adverts removed. Beware before you update to the update that became available on June 5, 2018! Sega directed me to contact Apple about it, when it is THEIR fault their game isn’t functioning correctly.

1st party ads are still ads.

Back before "forever" ruined it this was a game i recommended to all my friends, but now its an ad filled garbage fest (I don't care what you say 1st party ads ARE STILL ADS AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO SEE THEM WHEN I PURCHASED THE GAME) By the way the restore purchase function doesn't work (but the pay 3 dollars for a game you already own does) good job sega you ruined a great game.

I bought this game before it had the update to be played for free with ads. Since the update it won’t restore my ad free version of the game. Really frustrating.

...not exactly that god. Keep in mind that this review is of the latest update, not the game. Though, this game is my favorite Sonic game alongside Sonic Mania. Anyway, I don’t really like that you removed the 2-Player VS. mode. I had a lot of fun with it. Also, I’m not really interested in getting your Segazine. Though, the good part about this update is the update description: “Tails has had a look under the hood and made the game 42.4 percent better!” I love it because it involves my favorite Sonic character (Tails) doing what he loves: working on machines! Also, I heard Eggman’s plan in Sonic 1 to bug the game has failed. HA!!! I hope you add back 2-Player VS. mode, and I hope Sonic Mania Plus goes well! -SuperRyanGaming (My Game Center Account)

This game plays so well on my iPhone 6 plus! It looks crisp in HD and performs flawlessly. The controls are perfect. This is one of my all time favorite games. I have played through it dozens and dozens of times. It is the perfect game for your mobile phone when you just gotta go fast!

If you bought the game the ads don’t go away. All the new update does is add spam ads are annoy the hell out of you. Also the ads also have “Congratulations you have won a free IPhone” crap. Please Sega we loved the game before when you had to just buy and be done with it.
