Love the multiple views the app gives of the various panels as they are on the roof and the ease to see the various reading totals

App worked fine for the first day and now it never updates the info for my solar production.

Very upset we have this app and it does not warn us when the hardware is not working - for two weeks our solar has been out and the app should have sent us a warning it’s useless.
Great, but issue when power goes out.

Works well...however I have to reset inverter whenever power goes out, app stops recording data...otherwise I would give 5 stars.
Poor dependability 1star is the lowest to post review.

I didn’t even know it wasn’t working. Found out myself by accident. The company was notified and nothing has been done in over a month.

We’ve enjoyed using this app to see how our new solar panel system is working. Just before 3:00 PM yesterday(3-15-2020) the app stopped responding; today there is no indication that our system is functioning at all. Yikes!

Why can’t we see how much we consume? Since the last update, I can’t see anything that has been produced by day, week, month...I see nothing for April 2020. Please provide a fix. Thank you.

A ton of features that appear in the app profile are not available in actuality. For example, my Solar Edge app cannot display consumption, only production. That’s just one feature that is unavailable. Quite a few others listed also aren’t available.
