Outstanding browser missing one basic feature
Ly Dong La

This is the first of its kind on the App Store. Kudos to you. Please add an "Open in New Tab" feature. The app could also cut down on the memory usage a little bit. Otherwise, excellent job! Certainly better than Brave, Aloha, and the rest of the competition.

where FF, Safari and DDG fail, SH delivers
whatamesswithnicknames

I don’t have the tools to test whether all features perform exactly as promised, but if so ... this is a one-of-a-kind browser for iOS with no competition. It delivers more privacy protection than any other iOS browser or Safari add-on available on Appstore - as far as I can see after careful review. update 9.4.20 : You have to understand that both - free and premium version - do NOT protect you when using other apps on your iphone or ipad.

Terrific app but it could use some minor improvements
oCapzei

All around great browser, however you’d expect that the X on the search bar to remove the url, not exit out of the keyboard and search prompts. Also, I don’t know if this is the case for other apps but reddit automatically opens in the reddit app, which is concerning. It would be nice if he browser prompted you to open something in an app.

Blocking Content Trackers
Cheif111111111111111111111111

I love this app! I do have a suggestion, could you provide an option to block content trackers in a new update? What I mean is that in Firefox Focus, there is an option to block content trackers, which supposedly "break websites" or "break functionality", which is a lie because YouTube and Instagram still load everything fast and efficiently! Basically, anything with content like videos, likes, etc have content trackers, so could you enable us to block them to further our privacy? I don't know if SnowHaze does block content trackers, why I don't know is because when I go on instagram on SnowHaze, it doesn't say the same amount of trackers blocked as the amount on Firefox Focus, on Firefox Focus, it says they're all content trackers and blocks more of them every time I go on a new link. Does SnowHaze already block them, if not please enable it and I'd be happy to pay for it if I could. Thank you in advance!

“Tab Mask” unreliable ?
satchnut

UPDATE: After using for a while, I’m seeing less of the “no Tab Mask” issue. While an inconsistent Tab Mask is maybe just as bad—if not worse—than no Tab Mask, I will update my rating to reflect my continued overall experience with the app/support. Response to Developer: While I’m not interested in figuring out exactly how to reproduce the bug (I’d rather just live without trusting the feature), this is IMO a serious-enough flaw to warrant a (better) functional test to ensure people aren’t subjected to the embarrassment. If it gets fixed, I’ll edit my review again. I’m using it on an iPhone SE gen 2.

love this company ?
TrueGordon

By far my favorite browser on iOS! This browser had so many different configurations for private and secure browsing. I personally believe Snowhaze is a few steps beyond all the competition ? Their VPN Protocols are very honest, straightforward, and the anonymity of it makes sense. I ask a lot of questions, because I'm new at this 'privacy and security' thing, and the customer support was great! Thanks Snowhaze, I'm loving this new update too!

You’re supposed to stand with freedom and privacy

The new update is great, but I rather just use a free TOR app from Mike Tigas. Not gonna lie, the fact that the team didn’t make TOR and are charging for it is just not right. I was hoping developers would finally introduce the tip jars. E.g. $9.99, $19.99 a year or something.

Introducing Tor...
Mysty Draco

It makes me a little nervous to see this reliable browser start to do some shady stuff. The team behind the Tor project always emphasizes to use the official stuff only. There's already a tor browser on the app store by Mike Tigas. They know their own software better than anybody and are trustworthy. Not to mention it's free. Messing with the onion network is a precarious thing; if you mess up, there are serious consequences. (ex; leaking important private information.) It's safer to just leave Tor to the people behind it. I don't know as much about the developers at snowhaze. It's just a really bad idea, especially with the possibility of exposing sensitive data on the dark web.

Great Browser... but
Hyrulean_Gamer

This browser is a great start for privacy etc... But, I would be great if you guys added content blockers to indivisual page settings. That way like javascript I got disable all around and enable it on a site to site bases

Heard great things
KyuJey

Unfortunately it crashes as soon as I open it. Maybe it’s an ios14 bug?
