Put $5 on my monyx card and when I go use it it just says “processing”. Total rip off
I could never use this app to pay with the Monyx Card. It never works near a vending machine. I have sent an email to support but no response. No customer service to listen to your concerns. So BE AWARE..DO NOT waste your money...Total scam
1st, these things never work with 4 different cards. Transaction is ALWAYS canceled. So I download the app. Go to use it, add my card and they are “too new” are you joking? You make me download an app and deal with all this BS for some air then tell me it’s too new. Company is a joke.
All I’m trying to do is put air in my tire using the air machine. Air machine only takes this wireless/card payment. I download the app and add funds so that I can add air to my tire. Not so fast. It literally says funds will be added in 1 hour. I’m not waiting a freaking hour just to pump air! Uninstalling, keep the $5 I added since they’re not refundable
First of all the machine does not accept cash without creating an account. Once you download the app and creat an account system errors abound. First you can’t add PayPal. Then when you try to reach customer service through the app system error 500. Want to try calling the number that shows up for support in the card scanner menu. Don’t. Singles hotline. Spent the majority of my lunch unsuccessfully trying to get at least a soda out. Now let’s see how long they take to respond to message sent through their website and to give me access back to my money balance from my original account.
The app has been offline for the machines we use for 3 days. Have reported issues multiple times in the past few days and no one has fixed the issue.
Declined card after one transaction “for my protection”. I don’t understand how not being able to use my card at a vending machine “protects me”. Sounds like a shady operation. Don’t trust this app at all.
It wouldn't let me put 0 stars, very frustrated with the app doesn't work properly! Cant add another card with one already on there tells me delete it " I WILL BE ABLE TO ADD MY OTHER CARD" do so come back to add my other card tells me i can't add it try tomorrow?????
Surcharges, auto charges and pitiful payback rewards make it more expensive than just using cash. CXs are lured into using the app thinking it cheapens the purchase but it’s designed to nail you with more fees. Garbage.
