Found nothing equally good in the appstore. Nice!!

Must-Have Browser For The Privacy Conscious

JCash718

Open source, great security features, and a clean UI. What's not to love? Feature request for the devs: Please give us the ability to reload certain sites in desktop mode. Without that option I'm forced to use other browsers for sites not compatible with mobile browsers.

Great Browser

Vitalities

One of the best browsers in terms of adblocking and customization. Since all apps on IOS have to use webkit (safari) engine, the competition is about what the app serve for the user. SnowHaze has everything advanced and basic user would want. Update: one feature your browser need is Open in a new tab when long pressing links.

App wont open after enabling biometrics

Darsh_86

Hey, The first thing I did was to try to enable biometrics on the app but after that the app refuses to open despite removing it and downloading it again. It also doesn't show up in settings. EDIT: App now works!!

False sense of privacy

Apparently ineffective against browser “fingerprinting”. Search “Panopticlick” at EFF. This is the second time I have submitted a review. The first never posted.

Terrific app, excellent support

I'm updating an earlier review which noted problems with iOS 9 devices. Everything is now working on all my devices, iOS 9, 10 and 11! I don't know if it was just a temporary glitch or what, but I must say that their support system is excellent. In less than 24 hours of emailing them with my problem I received a concerned response from them. The browser had started working again on my iOS 9 iPad 3 for no a apparent reason but was still not functional on my iOS 10+ iPad 4. Support walked me through several problem-solving steps, and the problem was isolated to the Warnings setting. I ultimately had to delete and reinstall the app and copy the settings I'd made on the iPad 3. All Warnings had to be turned off. Throughout, Support was very helpful, polite, and not once treated me like is was a know-nothing newbie (which I'm not - that's a major no-no for support people, as far as I'm concerned). Now Snowhaze is working beautifully on my iOS 9 iPad 3, iPad 4, and iOS 11 iPhone 6s. Amazingly, this is a free app.

THANK YOU the best browser!!!

ggnorenoobs

It gives me the most versatility, features, and usability among all browsers on iOS. I've used and tried out every one out there, paid and free, and this one really proves itself. Security, privacy, and ad blocking are all included FREE. It took me forever to find a browser like this, probably because it's been hidden, shadowbanned, demoted, and censored by search algorithms. Really stands out as the best browser by far and would pay for this app if it was for purchase. However, I think I'd be able to help with minor changes and updates if I got the chance to. Bookmarks do need a little help, and please add a desktop user agent option toggle to the page specific options in the top left corner, and also in the user agent settings. Yes, it takes time to develop additional features, but really would help if some were paid upgrades, I would pay for them. From a business angle, hiring new developers for paid features and add ons would be wise. Crowdfunding would be effective for both raising capital and also for grassroots marketing. You guys are on the right track, THANK YOU!!!

One annoying detail

Powerful!

radloot

Last year or so when I discovered Brave, I thought I’d found the best secure and privacy-conscious browser. Nope, it’s this one. SnowHaze is outstanding on all fronts. It’s got tons of options (like iCab) but presented in a much more user friendly (and aesthetically pleasing) way. I’d happily subscribe if there was a “non-VPN” subscription for $2-3. I already subscribe to a VPN so it would be redundant, making the $7 subscription too high (in my case) to warrant. Great for anyone who doesn’t use a VPN already, but it would be really nice to introduce a lower subscription fee that takes this into account. Thank you for outstanding work, and I’m looking forward to the MacOS browser!

History appears to be saving

Even if you choose for no history to ever be saved, if you open a tab to a website and then swipe the app closed, once you open the app again the same tab will still be there and reload. Like... how did it save information about what tab I had open?
