Recently, I just download Snapchat but yesterday and today can’t seems to be able to open Snapchat. I can’t even remove it too. It keep the icon the same but there is a type of circle in the middle like it was downloading or updating but it wasn’t at all. It seems to be only happen to Snapchat because my other apps are working as usual.

So somehow my Snapchat logged out and forgot my password so I went to reset it and no phone number was on my account my fault but the email that was on it I have access to BUT IT WONT SEND A RESET EMAIL! Iv contacted support multiple times and they say the same thing over and over about them resending it blah blah blah and I never get it Iv had that account since 2013 and all my memories and photos just got. This app is absolutely horrible for recovering process and I wish they did something about it. It’s quite ridiculous if you want people to like the app maybe figure out the issues within the app.

Snapchat is a great app but man when ur account gets locked it’s a pain I took a 2 month break since it was locked mean while I was messaging snap support and it’s just robots you can’t actually speak to a person just a bunch of ai’so i gave up and I even messaged the owner of snap he didn’t care just now after a month of waiting I went to unlock pressed the unlock button said success unlocked logged back in and it temporarily locked me out again great app but just follow the terms of service please and don’t do anything dumb ❤️
Device banned for no reason

I got device banned from Snapchat for no apparent reason, they did not give me a reason. I had thousands of memories on snapchat. They wont reach out to me either after emailing them multiple times.

Snapchat won’t load any video that is sent to me. It’ll open, start, freeze, and either freeze my phone all together, or the app will crash. This is garbage coming from a company like this. New issues every day with this app. Tried clearing the cache, history, conversations, deleting and reinstalling the app and nothing. There’s constant bug fixes for this app but this is a consistent problem. I’m about to ditch the app altogether.

Snapchat is a super amazing app with a lot of privacy! I have never gotten locked out and it’s really secure. Your photos are always either private or you can choose some people to share them with. You can connect with your friends, and never talk to strangers unless you want to or have permission. It’s super safe and cool, even my dad has it!!!

My account got hacked and I just wanted all my memories back. I treat my Snapchat like a second camera roll. I attempted contacting Snapchat for assistance many times with little to no help. All I received back was basically a “sorry we can’t help you” I just want the memories back idc about the account. Sad.
