There are too many glitches, literally I’ll go to take a picture and it goes straight to my home screen for hours on a daily basis

Can’t mass delete conversations, can’t play stories all at once and it digs up your conversation history from like the last two years. No good! Edit: They’ve someone managed to make this app even worse. Quit trying to be hip and cool it’s ruining your UX.

Snapchat keeps getting even dumber. Literally the story layouts right now need to be fixed. I wanna be able to see my friends list without having to look up a name individually. This is stupid.

Everyone used to love Snapchat before they tried to “change it up”. They should not of changed it. No one likes it or wants to use it as much anymore. I’ve used it for years and now I’m contemplating deleting it because the way the app is set up is a HOT MESS. They’re gonna end up crashing and burning if they don’t resort back to the old snap. Sometimes new isn’t always the best.

i USE to love snap . i loved snap so much my story would be long as ever ! people literally use to call me “snap queen” at school .. after the update that changed the layout i have slowly stopped using snap . the new layout is a mess and you guys added another update that allows group video chat but the layout is STILL a mess . by putting the 3 different tabs on the chat page you DID NOT make it better . please go back to where chats were one page and ALL the stories and discovery items were one . i dont like how the update orders the chat page , it makes it hard to keep streaks . ive lost 4/7 of my streaks simply bc the messy layout would is confusing and has stories at the top and if someone snapped me before the story was posted, it wouldnt be at the top . so many people even celebrities have said it looks a hot mess . so many people dont even post on snapchat anymore . people have lost hundreds to thousands of snapchat views . celebs have lost millions . your app rating has gone down THREE STARS . FIX IT . no ones going to “get use to it” and its not going to “grow on us” . you need to either go back to the old layout with chats on one side and all stories on the other or you need a new layout all together . im so close to deleting this app because its layout is uglier than ugly betty !
