For the management of project team tasks and quick development of construction schedules, I’ve yet to see another applications that are anywhere near as effective as Sheetsheet. New team members can learn the program quickly and everyone who uses it is a fan.

Tried to do resource mgmt and no success. The rental template very good! May look again in the future. For now I will keep looking for project mgmt saw to meet my needs that doesn’t wipe out my App Store acct

To get a good look at this during our webinar. Unfortunately when we got to talking I let our representative know that I only had 20 minutes before I had to leave but my team would fill in for the last 20 minutes due to a late minute scheduling conflict I had to attend. At that time the demonstrator started suggesting we not even do this webinar. I explained to him that my team has been with me for eight and 10 years respectively and they may even know me better than my wife. And that point he told me his time is valuable too and that he didn’t want to waste time with this. The reason why I let him know that I only had 20 minutes or so that we could cover the main points first and then the last 20 minutes my team can fill in less important stuff but apparently he wasn’t concerned with that. If the customer service is that bad from the jump, I have zero desire to pay the $1000-$1500+ or so it costs when there’s plenty alternatives out there that basically do the same thing for a fraction of the cost.

We are finishing up a reinvention of our Business Model. It has taken a year to complete. We couldn’t have done that without this software service. It is easily expandable when you all of a sudden remember something you forgot to put in the plan. The best part is how easy it is to access no matter where you are located. We are going to keep our subscription going for future projects. Great software.

Very useful tool and adaptive to our particular needs of keeping track and advancing our follow up on operations both for sales and construction activities. It allows us to attach important and relevant files such as proposals ,and contracts that can be easily opened with a touch of a finger . Moving the cards to next stage of activity to be done or follow up is a breeze. Excellent ,effective, and simple operating tool. Highly recommend it.

Needs Improvements and better support

Various bugs and support is slow to respond. Workflows do not work correctly and carryovers from templates do not work. Many issues uncovered once we started using using Smartsheets. We feel that more interaction with new customers is warranted and a coach to ensure new customer implementations are rolled out and working as expected.
