App makes it difficult to cancel. This should be easily done via app store. Horrible customer experience.
The mobile app is a joke.
Not Worthed
Most of the time people need this type of app to be available when they’re on the field. When I need to access any information I have to open my laptop. The whole idea is to get the information as quickly as possible. If you don’t have internet signal, forget it this app only works with internet. I don’t understand how other much simpler and much, much less expensive allow to work offline. This app should at least have that minimum. The mobile app is extremely limited its practically a read only type of thing. You can’t control font size, color, fill, and all the very basic functions that most free apps have as a basic feature. I have no idea why this app is still years behind. They’ve done minimal upgrades in more than 7 years. Don’t waste your money, look for other alternatives.
I love Smartsheet, but the iPad app isn’t totally optimized

Love the service, just the app needs to come along more. Hard to delete rows and other small things you don’t realize how annoying it is until you can’t. Not a deal breaker, but meh

Crashes on my iPad

Been trying to start using this program again to get more organized and whenever I go edit a column the screen freezes. I can add notes or update status on the pop up edit window. I can on the main spreadsheet no problem its when the pop up window appears I have issues.
Don’t Install unless you Have your wallet ready.
