Argumentative Sales Rep- – Smartsheet: Projects & Teams Review

To get a good look at this during our webinar. Unfortunately when we got to talking I let our representative know that I only had 20 minutes before I had to leave but my team would fill in for the last 20 minutes due to a late minute scheduling conflict I had to attend. At that time the demonstrator started suggesting we not even do this webinar. I explained to him that my team has been with me for eight and 10 years respectively and they may even know me better than my wife. And that point he told me his time is valuable too and that he didn’t want to waste time with this. The reason why I let him know that I only had 20 minutes or so that we could cover the main points first and then the last 20 minutes my team can fill in less important stuff but apparently he wasn’t concerned with that. If the customer service is that bad from the jump, I have zero desire to pay the $1000-$1500+ or so it costs when there’s plenty alternatives out there that basically do the same thing for a fraction of the cost.
