Well I just downloaded this app but now I’m taking it off. The main thing I want it for is to get to the apps. Now I can get to the apps but I can’t select the app! So I’m going to the one I have been using which is the “Samsung Smart Remote”

Got a new 55” Samsung tv and this app I thought would be a great addition to it. I was wrong they are both on the same network but I have no clue what pin they are wanting me to enter. The website they list as a place for support is a joke it does not have any of these remote app listed.

Worked fine unable I made the bonehead play and spent the $3.99 Pro Version, and now the app doesn’t work AT ALL!

This Remote app completely has a mind of its own and not in a good way. The worst part about it..I actually bought this app. Before the update, things were good. SHAME! Not a good start to 2018 for this app. I want my money back.
