I just installed the latest ios system on my iphone. I cannot upgrade for the $3.99 version of this app in order to get the keyboard.
Better than buying a new remote

I have a 4 year old Samsung and my remote broke. I had a second “experimental” one that shipped with the TV but it was worthless. I found this app and it synced with my TV easily, and basic controls worked flawlessly. I saw a review saying “buggy”, but worked for me.

Can see the tv listed but can’t connect to it. Keep asking for pin code which I entered multiple time and the app keep going to the main screen. No support button. Poor design. Deleted

It needs to be allowed to run in the background... every time I leave the app and go back to it, it has to reload. So annoying.

Originally it was amazing. Then it updated and all sorts of bugs happened. It won’t let me select anything. It won’t stay connected to tv now (must have real remote to verify every time. No point to having app then!!!) was going to buy the full app but no point in doing so if the freebie version doesn’t handle right. If developer fixes bugs to the original awesomeness it was, I would gladly write a better review and look into purchasing.

The app itself is very basic so I opted to upgrade for $3.99 basically to have a keyboard. After paying the $3.99 the app features never changed. I sent an email detailing my problem but no one has responded.
