doesn’t work as advertised and won’t restore

I had purchased an app with this same name before. When I upgraded to ios 12 I lost access to my recordings and trying to restore did not work. It let me record something but now won’t let me export it despite giving instructions to do so. All I got was a menu of items to purchase. Clicking no thanks looped me back to the recording.

Do NOT pay for this company’s smart recorder app. They make a new version about every year and stop updating previous versions, even if you paid for it. Only support apps that keep updating apps you have paid money for, without requiring you to buy the new version.

Absolute CRAP. I want a refund

This product is absolute crap. Not user friendly. No support. No return e-mails. Your product is the worst of the worst. Your support is non existent. They haven’t invented a word to describe how bad you and this product is.

I’ve been using this recorder over a year for class notes. Works great. Only downfall it will stop if you receive a call or text. You just have to press the resume button to restart where it left off.

I use this program for many things , doctor visits , misc. , along with using it to record those annoying spam scam callers . Pretty good program with many features some of course require a purchase for additional functions.

Disappointed in export upgrade

I purchased an upgrade for $9.99 so that I could export things to Facebook and other places. Since I purchased it, I have not been able to do that. It won’t go anywhere once I do, and I have emailed the company that created this recording app. I have not received any response whatsoever and I’m still not able to do what I paid for. I have contacted Apple and I told him I would try to see if I could work things out by removing recordings and doing certain things to see if maybe I could do something different. I have not been able to do that and I have not been able to get a refund yet. I will try again to contact Apple and see if they can refund the money since I have had no luck getting hold of the company that created the app.
