doesn’t work as advertised and won’t restore – Smart Recorder and transcriber Review

I had purchased an app with this same name before. When I upgraded to ios 12 I lost access to my recordings and trying to restore did not work. It let me record something but now won’t let me export it despite giving instructions to do so. All I got was a menu of items to purchase. Clicking no thanks looped me back to the recording.
