This app is next level

The UI and functionality of this app are on an entirely different level than anything that’s out right now. I don’t know how big the team is that created this client, but there isn’t anything quite as beautiful and functional as this in the AppStore. It even makes Apples UI look bland in comparison. It’s definitely better than the default Reddit client, and even better than Apollo.

Great app. Crashes constantly for me.

Love the app. User friendly and looks great. However, it has started crashing 10-12 times a day for no apparent reason. I'd give 5 stars if it were more stable for me.

Great App

Best Reddit app for iOS for sure. I switched from Android recently and I was really missing Reddit Sync. Didn't realize the dev has slide on iOS! I was so happy to see it. There are some slight improvements that could be made. The r/soccer flairs show up as logos but other subs don't like r/hockey or r/nfl

fantastic.

i have tried 4 different apps to access reddit and this is by far the best one. i love the customization of theme and color, ability to filter content, and the overall organization. great job ??????

Plagued with bugs and crashes.

I would avoid this app. I experienced numerous show-stopping bugs and constant crashes which made the app unusable. Here’s my experience trying to use this app for the first few minutes after installing it: - crashed every time I change orientation from portrait to landscape and vice-versa - attempting to unsubscribe from one subreddit caused the app to unsubscribe me from ANOTHER DIFFERENT subreddit, and then backing out of this menu caused a hard crash. Like, imagine you want to unsubscribe from r/pics, but doing so deletes r/news from your list of subscribed subreddits. And then when you say “What the F?!” and escape from that menu, the app crashes. - the app lets you activate night mode between certain hours of the day. Fine. But the little selection window where you choose what time to activate and deactivate night mode lacks a ‘AM’ and ‘PM!’ So you have no way of knowing if you’re telling the app to turn on night mode at 7 at night or 7 in the morning. I’ve been using iOS devices for going on 11 years and this is probably the most bizarre bug I’ve ever seen. - when I did change this particular setting (turning automatic night mode on and off), the screen went completely blank, with the only option being to go back to the previous menu. And then doing THAT causes another hard crash. Wonderful. And this is all after I paid $5 for the in-app upgrade which unlocks (among other things) the automatic night mode thing. So I couldn’t even experiment with that particular feature because it was locked behind a paywall. And then after I paid, I found out that that feature is too buggy to use. Very distressing. Like I said, I’ve been using IOS apps for more than a decade and I don’t think I’ve seen such a messy, unfinished, buggy, unstable app. Do not buy this app.

Perfection

Apple ✔️

This app is amazing. I no longer use the default Reddit app. Slide is so customizable and fast, compared to the default app which has minimal customization and is super slow. I love the layout and the “Hide Read” feature is awesome. I love this app so much.

Absolutely fantastic for iPads!

Random Potato Farmer

After trying many Reddit apps, I’ve found this one the best for viewing content on a larger screen.

Not bad, some annoyances

n-word pass giver

I wanted to try something different from the normal Reddit app, as it has become kind of buggy and annoying to use. I’ve tried apps like Apollo and they just don’t seem to work for me. This is the closest client I could find to the normal Reddit app, but the horizontal view is what really ruins my experience. Other than that, having to tap and hold on comments to be able to up/downvote them is the only other noticeable annoyance

Works great, just needs option for random option and slideshow for shadow box

Almost perfect on iPad

This app is great. Does almost everything I want. My one gripe is the subreddit handling. I don’t like the bar at the top. Would much prefer a slide out panel or something a bit easier to navigate than the bar on the top.
