STILL NO VIDEO CALL SUPPORT

Why not!? Facetime, Viber, Tango, Google Hangouts, Lync, literally every other office chat application supports video calls and video conferencing, but not slack? The desktop application has it... this app will not be complete until you can do everything from it that you can do on the desktop.
Missing some features

Wish the experience between desktop and mobile weren't so different. Many things, like removing previews from links, or changing colors for emoji, simply aren't available from mobile and that's where I spend 90% of my time in Slack.

Love slack for work, as email gets so cluttered this is a great way to connect with the people you need to WHEN you need to. Will cal and app integration it’s a very useful tool for the modern workplace!

Could use a delete all button so when you’re removing files you don’t have to delete things one at a time, it’s annoying

Slack has changed my work life. For anyone who lives in email, this is a game-changer. I run a dispersed team and Slack has improved our workflow, decision-making, and overall quality of social interactions as well. The mobile app is awesome and takes the terror out of checking your inbox while you're out of the office. You can pop in and keep things moving along without having to be dragged down by email. Love this product!
