It really needs to improve the missed conversations. While using the app on the background it misses the messages sent, shows it was missed but without the message contents, which doesn’t help a lot. It’s really good for conference calls though.
Cannot connect to MS Exchange account

The app works well on latest iPad Pro latest iOS as of 8 August 2019. Recently I see a tab that says to login to my Exchange account to see upcoming meetings. I tap this, enter my credentials but nothing changes. After 3 attempts I’m locked out of Exchange, 365, everything and I call up my IT to get me unlocked. I’ve tried reinstalling and no different result. I have same on my iPhone and it works normally and shows upcoming meetings. There are several MS Support threads with suggested solutions but all of the customers reported no fix to this issue. My workaround is to open other apps, select the meeting link and then the app performs well. It’s a frustrating workaround. Disappointed
Poor communications platform

If you’re hoping for business wide communication platform where you can use mobile devices, PC, and Mac platforms however you like... use Slack. Skype will work for weeks at a time and then falls apart requiring unknown debug/resolution. Based on user experience, I’m sure the system is largely held together by patches, bandaids, and hope.

Skype calls are dropped and restarted even walking around the office. Also frustrating that conversations are not synced between phone and computer. I find bits and pieces in both places.

Skype for Business has truly integrated communication tools to make even long distance meetings seamless. Great features for effective meetings from one one one calls to a whole group. Sharing content and setting up Skype meetings is quick and easy.
Call quality is good

Call quality is good however I see the below two things very annoying 1. Enterprise sign in. Two login screen pops up every time and it is very annoying when you need to hop into urgent business meeting 2. If the call drops for some reason, getting back is a big project by itself. I need to try 5 different options and not the same path works every time. 3. Logging in as guest has the best experience so far but unfortunately most of the times skype puts in enterprise login page without option to sign in as guest.
No split screen on ipad

This app is getting better but it seems like there is no attention to a very important feature - split screen for ipad. Microsoft actually does this for outlook but not the chat app. Why not? We all want it!! Just goto any airport lounge for a business traveller and survey! We NEED this.
