Cannot connect to MS Exchange account – Skype for Business Review

The app works well on latest iPad Pro latest iOS as of 8 August 2019. Recently I see a tab that says to login to my Exchange account to see upcoming meetings. I tap this, enter my credentials but nothing changes. After 3 attempts I’m locked out of Exchange, 365, everything and I call up my IT to get me unlocked. I’ve tried reinstalling and no different result. I have same on my iPhone and it works normally and shows upcoming meetings. There are several MS Support threads with suggested solutions but all of the customers reported no fix to this issue. My workaround is to open other apps, select the meeting link and then the app performs well. It’s a frustrating workaround. Disappointed
