The first major issue, which is why I avoid using it when I can, is that your entire Skype call log is blended in with your personal call log. There is no way to turn this off which makes it harder to separate your personal call history from your business call history. So I stay logged out when I can to prevent new business related calls from showing up. The second major issue, is that the rest of the app is just ok. The navigation, look and feel of the app is average. I would expect a big company like Microsoft to put some muscle behind the development of the app. If I had to guess, they put the bare minimum just so they can maintain higher profit margins.

How can it be temporary when it’s ALL THE TIME! This is the most unreliable app I’ve ever used. Thank the lord they’re discontinuing it.

The app is fine when it works, but the really annoying part is if you miss an IM. You can preview the message up to a certain character count, and if you click to go to the message, the message doesn't exist. It's completely gone. And because you clicked on it, now you didn't "miss" the message, so you don't get the message sent to your email address. It's just completely gone. Royal PITA. Should be standard functionality.

As of recent, I am left unable to use the app as the iOS Skype for business endpoint is offline.

I have been using the app for months and just one day it stopped working for me. It keeps saying server is busy or try again later. I really like the app when it decides to work. But now it just makes me angry that it has such a high rating and the app works for some but not all.

The audio and visual was better than normal Skype. It was quick and easy. Due to Covid and all of the restrictions the Skype meeting is definitely worth looking into and using.

If ever there was a category of app that needs split screen and more importantly slide over, this is it but yet Microsoft resists to add this. Oh … and notifications don’t always arrive. This is disappointing for a Microsoft product.

It works fine when it works but way too often it doesn’t place calls properly: I hear the call I placed ringing and ringing after the person I called has already answered it. Other times I can hear them but they cannot hear me. Terrible!

I am normally hesitant to install business applications, but I am truly thrilled I did it. I am constantly in meetings and Skype has made it so easy for me to remember and join them. The part that has not worked well for me is messaging users
