If I could give this app 0 stars I would! They have the worst costumer service ever. I'm always having troubles with them after booking my car, and when I reach out to them I never get help and end up canceling my reservations and wasting my time. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

They recently switched to doing "on demand", so you can't book more than 4 hours in advance. Idk about you, but if I'm renting a car, I don't usually book a few hours out. I'd like to plan at least a day before. Now I'm trying to book my first Skurt, and everything is sold out! What's the point of doing "on demand" if you can't meet the requests being made? I need a car in 2 hours, but I can't book in advance and if I wait till the last minute, nothing is available! Lyft it is...

Love Skurt! Makes my life easier! They are dropping off and picking up the car from your house/ place you need. Sometimes I'm too busy to even think about going to some rental places and here it comes Skurt to your door! So far great experience and would recommend to everyone! Thank you Skurt Team!:)

I've used this app 3 times and every time there is an issue with customer service acting as if they are automated robots when they are people. They have wasted hours of my time, which makes the whole point of saving time by picking up and dropping off the car moot.

And they don't seem to care that their app is causing ridiculous issues. I'm continuously getting a message saying that they don't think my debit card is my own and after filling out their verification form twice I was told that there was nothing they could do. I'd really like to be able to use this service, but I think it's ridiculous how careless their customer service workers can be and that they don't seem to realize that not being able to solve issues as small as the one that I'm facing is losing them money.
