The idea is so great. But I've just had 2 reservations I had to cancel because they where over an hour late. Definitely not worth it... takes min 10min for someone to even "talk" to you because you're just messaging. Don't download

I'm visiting from the east coast so I used this app and booked a Mercedes CLA. It arrived an hour after the scheduled timeframe. I contacted support and they stopped responding when I asked for compensation for not meeting their deadlines they promised. When I got the car and turned on the AC, a horrific smell blasted out the vents. I'm not using the AC it smells so bad. Also the car was not washed or vacuumed as the app says it will be when it's being prepped for delivery. We also found trash in the car. Never using this again, and I'm requesting a full refund. They sent me an offer for $5 off a future rental. Thanks, because $5 off a $660 rental means a lot. UPDATE They refused to give any money back to me, instead offering a small credit to the account. That means I have to spend money at their business again to utilize it. Garbage company, not trustworthy, and the cars on their website are NOT what they deliver to you. They're all trashed.

You have to use it to believe it Afars I was a little skeptical but after you finish that I must say I am Beyond the satisfy the customer timpo and I cannot believe it is legit loveeeeeee it

I don't need a car 24/7 so when I've used this for meetings or a quick trip to see family in San Diego a couple times a month, it's been a live saver. It's super easy to use and user friendly.

As a 23yo who can't rent cars without a credit card I was excited to finally be able to rent a car from Skurt when I landed in LA... I was wrong... made my booking and then 5 mins later it was cancelled because I didn't meet there "eligibilty requirements"... despite the fact that I do indeed meet all of the requirements! The only thing that I have a mark on is "(3) major traffic violations or two (2) major traffic violations combined with a DUI offense, have no criminal records in the past fifteen" And I only have a single speeding ticket! I was pretty mad to find out I was rejected and locked out of my account for no reason. So I'm just going to continue to use Uber and Lyft until I decide to actually get a credit card. Don't use this shady companies product!

Theres usually an issue, now I cant reach them via phone, how is there not someone to call when a car is cancelled 1 hour before delivery??
